NCAC fall art show winners announced

The North Country Arts Council hosted “Arts. Beats. Eats.” on Friday, Nov. 2, at the Dulles State Office Building to kick-off its 64th annual Fall Art Show. The council’s show featured 85 exhibiting artists with 269 works of art on view. Award winners from this year’s exhibit are:
