The 65th annual North Country Arts Council Fall Arts Show kicked off Friday, Nov. 1 at the Dulles State Office Building with, Arts. Beats. Eats., an opening reception and awards presentation. The artwork is on display at the State Office Building through Nov. 16 and can be viewed free of charge.

River Hospital Foundation held The Gala at Boldt Castle: An evening of French elegance on Heart Island Aug. 24. The event raised $41,425 to benefit River Hospital’s River Community Wellness Program.

River Hospital Foundation held its 11th Annual Festive Evening on July 28 at the Thousand Islands Club Restaurant. Since 2003, the summer event has raised nearly $1 million.
The North Country Children’s Clinic held its 14th Annual Celebrity Chefs’ Event Friday, May 10 at the Clayton Opera House. More than 200 people turned out in support of clinic programs. The evening raised nearly $30,000, which will help fund children’s health care.
Immaculate Heart Central Schools held its second annual Founders’ Day Celebration to honor the Sisters of St. Joseph at Savory Downtown. More than 100 people attended the April 27 celebration.
The Samaritan Auxiliary held the annual One Night, One Diamond event Saturday, March 23, at the Commons on Fort Drum. The evening was a fundraiser in support of Samaritan Medical Center’s daVinci Robotic Surgery program.
